Our News section provides timely information related to our customers' needs. This could include announcements of new software releases, information about major bugs that have been identified or fixed, and information about other useful resources.
To subscribe to the news, perform the following actions:
1. Click News in the knowledge base header bar.
You will be redirected to the Lasernet Support Portal.
2. Click Subscribe, and then click News.
A checkmark will indicate which area you have subscribed to. You will now receive email notifications when news articles are published.
You can also subscribe to change notifications for articles hosted on the Lasernet Knowledge Base. Detailed instructions are available on our knowledge base.
If you have any questions, contact us via the Create Ticket button in the support portal.
